After qualifying as a chartered accountant Paul became finance director of several listed and private equity backed companies in a number of different sectors. In 2007 Paul ceased to be a full time executive and has since had a portfolio of non executive, chairman and advisory roles. He works across the financial services, healthcare, business services and technology sectors with listed companies, private equity backed firms and early stage businesses. He is currently a non executive director at Provident Financial (a FT350 financial services business), Charles Taylor (a listed insurance services business) and Feebris (an early stage AI healthcare firm). He is also chairman and a co-founder of Kintell, who provide technology to extend the period in which the elderly can live independently. Paul is married and has four children.
